Architectural Design Philosophy
We start designing by the analyzing the problem. Our first tools are research, analysis and evaluation.While we inform ourselves with the latest international developments in the architectural and construction world we respond to the exigencies of the local conditions and the local culture. This defines our design approach.
Our design guidelines will be the outcome of our investigative and analytic work for the project, which includes studies in demography, transportation, traffic patterns economics, relocation, education, recreation, community services, housing, health care and environmental issues
